Another hotel I stayed in was Jenny Hotel this is located on soi san sabai keep going up past the mini roundabout and it is on the right. A big gorilla is at the entrance so you can't miss it. This is a newly built hotel, the owner a nice Italian guy owns 3 floors each with 5 rooms. Just a little further up is the rest of the building owned by someone else. All rooms are a nice size well laid out and new. You have cable TV, warm power shower, balcony, mini fridge but no safe and no swimming pool. The price for rooms is 600 Bht a night. The best thing about this hotel is the service, the front desk is manned 24 hours and the staff will soon get to know you.

Walking distance to Bangla road is just 3 min and there is a communal swimming pool just across the road (opposite the mini roundabout) for 70 Bht a day.

Yeah I remember when that was an empty lot, now its all done, they still have to fix the drainage issue the whole corner was flooded last month with the rainy season in high gear. You cant beat the distance to Bangla road thou, just stroll a block down pickup that nights item on the menu and stroll back home to enjoy

I'm trying to find a cheap reasonable place in Patong for a couple of nights in the next few days...does anyone have the phone number and/or email?
