For those of you who stay in Condo's with cooking facilities. What do you cook for yourself? Don't be put off by the poll choices share your recipes.

One of my favorite recipes quick and easy is:

Bring a bowl of water to boiled then gently simmer
Crack an egg into the water and wait until it turns white (and yellow obviously)
Add just about anything else you want (meat, vegetables etc)
Add one of those quick noodle packs (5 Bht) with all the spices
cook for a minute more and serve

Easy

I always stay in a Condo. I always make breakfast..be it a fry up, omelette etc..you would be surprised the number of girls who like a fried egg butty tongue.gif

The noddles etc are great for snacks at lunch but often I will eat from the street vendors.

Most evenings I eat out but once or twice a week I will cook...usually have only one electric ring but it's easy to make a curry with vegetables or chicken from the market on south pattaya road.

Friendship sells the cheap spicy sauce mixes..just add meat/chicken and coconut milk. Easy.

I am very lucky to have met and married Mrs B who is the best chef on this planet ( and the most beautiful)...but sometimes I am left to my own devices so I always do the following:-

Peel half a dozen spuds whilst drinking a bottle of wine...then put half a sheep and the spuds in the oven...After drinking a second bottle of wine switch the oven on.....

Lay on the settee wanking at porn whilst starting the third bottle ( This is very important cos it adds the extra flavour when eating with your hands later)...fall asleep..Wake up when you smell burning..take food from oven...open 4th bottle and everything tastes great!!!

For added fun go into shoutbox just before you empty the 4th bottle..

BTW (This is true!!) I have two burn marks on my stomach from taking food out of the oven pissed and naked...so BEWARE!!!

For me it's usually toast or microwave meals I'm afraid to say! Nowadays though, I usually eat in the condo cafe downstairs - B30 for a plateful of whatever.

No surprise, the Thais don't know how to cook eggs, except for boiled eggs.
