So I can safely host naughty pics without the risk of being banned like what happens at Photobucket and Imageshack?

yes providing you keep them private, but put your nice pics as public

www.flickr.com is free & a good photo site.I will try to explain how to use flickr.com as a photo holding site!

Once you've downloaded the software,

you will have a fickr uploader tool, open it & put the photos in it you want to put on flickr,it is better to resize your photos first

I resize to 800 x 600.

there are options to add to a set or create a new set



click on private(not for public viewing if you have naughty pics) but friends can see.If your photos are public friendly i.e.

no naughty photos, then click public!

your photos will be uploaded to a set like this


Thanks Dale for the explanations on how to use flickr. I`ll give it a try.
BTW I loved your topics that you have put on youtube. They where great and put together in a very special way.
Through these topics I became a member of PA and I`m a regular poster now.

It would great to meet with you some day in LOS to have a drink or 2, 3 or 4. Chokdee mate.


Then click on the set, this opens the set up, choose the photo you want to use

I choose this photoclick on it again

Then you will get options above the photo



click on all sizes

Then you will get 5 options of size photo you want to use, the sizes are set by what size you uploaded at



It automatically set to the original uploaded size of 800 x 600,but you can choose other sizes.

Then under the photo there are 2 options, choose option 2 & copy it.



Then in your post click on this icon above the box when youre ready to add the pic



This will open a box to the top left of your computer



paste the link in the box & click ok



This is how it will appear in your post



When youve finished your post, the pic uploaded will look like this:
