I lived in this property for 6 years and was happy there. I wanted a house with pool, hence my move. A few farangs living in the road, which is a dead end and only 100m long. The property is not overlooked. it is part furnished, but If something is required, I will be happy, if possible, to accomodate. It has a phone and BL cable and saterlite TV.
