Hello to you all, this is my 1st post so sorry if it`s a bit lame.
I`ve been to Patts loads of times and am going to try to get my TG a holiday visa to the uk! What if I have no old photo`s of the two of us? Going in May,should I try and make up for it by taking a camera or is it too late??? |

You must have evidence you have met your partner photo email etc. The reason to return is the biggest downfall of most tourist visa applications has she a job land children etc.
Good luck |

I had this problem when applying for a visa for my now wife, the firs time we put the application in form a holiday visa and got refused cos the pics did not have a date on them, how many of you have a date on your pics when you get them possessed, be careful of this and put dates on the pics anyway as if you don’t you may get refused.
Hope this helps. |

Go around Patts and ALL the tourist spots (croc farm, Nong Nuch, tiger zoo, etc etc) take a trip to BKK and do same - with a few sets of clothes - change dates on camera to suit ...Find a few thais willing to pose as family for a few baht.. not hard to do.
Reset the date on your computer a few times and do some e mails ... Give them what they want ... not the truth ... It ain't rocket science. |

If you do something like this you could end up ruining all future chances of a visa. I'm sure the British government aren't that stupid and have seen the above tricks hundereds of times. |

Yes right considering they deal with around 200 applications some days I'm sure they are aware of what is going on in your vast experience what happens when a Thai girl goes for an interview ???
I can tell you exactly what happens under pressure they break and get refused why would anyone want to lie are you encouraging people to be dishonest ? I had a client who lied to me about certain things she went to an interview she admitted they never met until later that year it took him 18 months to get a visa are you aware of the new rules on dishonesty ? I got an apology from the couple in question: why not visit the many agents in Patts given guaranteed visas for 100,000 baht its in their interests to use false docs i personally would advise anyone never to use any type of deception if you are a genuine case you will get the visa . You could in fact ruin a couples life and future together would you want that on your conscience ? From 1 April, we are changing the Immigration Rules to prevent anyone who has previously broken our immigration laws, (e.g. worked illegally, overstayed for more than 28 days, come here illegally or used deception in a visa or other application), from coming to the UK for a fixed period. Applicants who have used deception (used a false document, lied, withheld information) in a previous application will be banned from the UK for ten years. Applicants who have breached immigration laws in the UK will be banned from coming back to the UK for a lengthy period. The length of time will depend on how the individual left the UK after his or her breach of the law- i.e.: * 1 year if he or she left voluntarily at his or her own expense; * 5 years if he or she left voluntarily at public expense; and * 10 years if he or she was removed or deported. We are making these changes for two main reasons: 1. So those who break our immigration laws face a clear sanction; and 2. To give those who are currently here illegally an incentive to leave of their own accord- because those who do will be kept out for a much shorter period than those whom we have to remove.
