I have never had a problem with any of the generic versions bought in Pattaya although one time I bought some fake viagra in Cambodia not only didn't work but made me ill.

I've only just realized this is an old story 2007 sorry if it's been posted before there is a big difference between a generic version of any medication and fake.

Probably Pfizer scaremongering although food for thought.

sounds like BS by Viagra to me , i,ve never had a problem with Kamagra . The only time i had a problem was in fact with Genuine Viagra . I took a whole pill ( didnt know half is the norm ) i thought my heart was gonna explode outta my chest !!

the only side effects i sometimes get from Kamagra are sinus congestion and heartburn which are both easily fixed by more pills

I took 100mg of Kamagara and my head felt like it had bad sinus pressure, that was about it, plus it didnt even work for some reason, I had a semi the whole time.

I've never been happy with Kamagra - headache, heartburn and sinus are the usual sides I get. I find Penegra to be both stronger and having only the heartburn as the major side effect. 25mg is more than enough.

I find it mazing how the dosages that people take have increased. I remember the first time I took it in Pattaya about 10 years ago. If I remember rightly it was about 500 Baht for one 20mg tablet (legit, no generic available then).

The effect was incredible. These days the standard dose that people take seems to be 5 times that amount. I know a lot of guys get the pills cut in half at the store (I do).

I don't know about the jellies, but the actual 100 mg Kamagra pills were great. I found them to work exactly like the 100mg Viagra pills but saved a lot of money. I think most people take too much and some are just sensative to pills in general. One in the afternoon and one in the evening with food and you should be fine.

I was prescribed 50mg Viagra by the doc. As it cost a fortune, when it ran out I bought Kamagra over the internet. Annoyingly, you do not seem to be able to get 50mg Kamagra so I had to buy 100mg tablets and cut them in half - which isn't very satisfactory but I put up with it because of the price differential.

What really shocks me is that the K tablets arrive through the post in blister packs stuffed into a padded envelope. There is no box with instructions written on it, nor instructions of any variety.

I can just imagine some twit who knows no better overdosing on these things. That is what could have happened in the case of the individual mentioned in the o/p.

I am not at all sure that this IS fine! I have heard that taking one 100mg every day is too much. I'd strongly recommend getting proper medical advice about the dosage suitable for your own situation.

I think common sense must prevail. Remember these drugs are illegal, without prescription, in Thailand (and I believe most of the world).

Whatever you think about that there are (usually) reasons why certain drugs become prescription only so think about it, use common sense, don't overdo it, and don't use the bloody things if you have heart problems.

I've used Kamagra gel a lot but gradually reduced the dose with time and ended up with about 1/3 of the sachet to give the desired effect. Also be aware of the effects of other medications and, would you believe, grapefruit!
