most of the hotels will book you a taxi,ther is also the swagman bus.

I have been on the swagman bus several times, its fine, no worries at all.
If your fussy get a taxi or organise a car to pick you up. You can find good info at PI@night forums |

There is a regular bus service that leaves from a bar/hotel in Fields avenue to Manila (also one to subic bay). I seem to recall its around 400-450 pesos. Check out www.philippinesecrets.com for a local board that can give you prices and the times.
