Anyone know a good hotel? hehe.

Ok, a lot of these posts around but if you know a place that have all these requirements, please let me know.

So far I have found BJ holiday lodge, but I think that there is a problem with no sun at the pool, due to a new hotel building just next to it.

Anyway, here's my requirement list. It can be a double room or a 1 bedroom suite.
The hotel or serviced apartment must have:

1. A swimmingpool where the sun shines and there is sundeck chairs available.
2. free (or very cheap) internet in the room, wifi or cable
3. a balcony
4. no joiner fee
5. a maximum monthly rate of 30.000baht
6. a/c
7. big fridge
8. inroom safe
9. location in/close to soi buakow, beach road, north pattaya (soi 1 to 5)
10. room service
11. acceptance of credit card

please let me know if you are aware of such a place.

In my experience Ive found only the larger or more commercial hotels accept credit cards, the lodging places generally dont. The pool/sundeck option you require is available at these hotels but your budget looks a little unrealistic. Ring Pattaya Bay Resort, and find out the monthly rate, but I suspect it will be more than 30k. good luck.

Yeah, PBR only does monthly rates on their standard rooms. One BRs and others are daily rate only which is not in his budget.

Yes, thanks, im aware of Pattaya Bay Resort, and it is one of the places on my list that im looking at.

They charge 21000baht a month for standard room + electricity and water, so its within limits.

Flipper lodge on Soi 8 pool on roof, right budget and takes credit cards though no wifi in room when i was there last year.

8. inroom safe - yes electronic coded self locking
9. location in/close to soi buakow, beach road, north pattaya (soi 1 to 5) - on middle to south side of soi buakow
10. room service - don't think so never asked
11. acceptance of credit card - yes saw the signs and terminal
