Blimey if these new rules are gonna be enforced its the end of daytime trade for soi 6 bars.

They make lot trade mid aftrnoon onwards so there takings for beers/ girls wil drop off now

just out of curiosity, what exactly do you get for your 3.5 million baht? Im guessing you dont actually own the property or land, so you just get the remainder of the lease, and the fixtures and fittings? How much is it likely to be to renew the lease and for how long?

yes basically, the key money isnt due for another two years. Its sold as a going concern, plus you take the key money already paid into account and how long left.

This bar IMO is only worth about 1.5 m but i am not an expert. I still think buying the bar is alot better, rather than effectively buying the lease.

I just wish pattaya got this key money bullshite out the way, but its hard to break the cycle.
