I brought this house as an investment so either rent it out or sell for quick profit taking. Nothing wrong with the house it's only about 4 years old.

There's a small kitchen area with standard size built in stailess sink for dish washing and a two head gas stove for cooking (in the second photo next to the TV cabinet.

This house is 21 talang wah and if I'm not wrong 1 talangwah = 4 Sq Meters so that makes the house 84 Sq Meters.

It's in a Thai name (me). As a foreigner you would need to have a company and the company buys the house. Or another option is buy it under a 30 year lease.
This is a good time to buy property as the goverment has reduced transfer tax etc..
Price is negotiable I'm willing to go down to 900,000 which is a real bargain.

There is no security guards. The village is a small one so the chances are that no unfimiliar face would want to enter or you are recognized starightaway. The houses are about 4-5 years old and you can check with any of the neighbors there has'nt been a single break in.
It's also safe for kids to run around due to the village being a dead end and the length of the whole street is only 50 meters so there is no hassel of fast cars or bikes.
As I said there is no other reason for me to rent it or sell it except for investment reasons.
