This one is a question for those who have gone to Pattaya and weight train using NO supplements and have used viagara/cialis/kamagara. I currently use NO supplements in my daily regime (argenine and a NO powder) and plan to start using yohimbe as well. I have read using argenine and viagara together can cause a serious drop in blood pressure since they are both vasodialtors (only read it in one source), and I can only assume the same may go for NO products.

Has anyone ever used there products and viagara while in Patts or have more informaiton on it? If you re a pharmacist that be even better!

If Arginine and Yohimbe and other Nitric Oxide boosters used in weight lifting do that for you, maybe you don't need the "V"?

Or perhaps those bodybuilding NOs just work for a short time?

I've used l-arginine (3g per day) before and to be honest I didn't really notice much difference. I do understand the principle on which it is supposed to work and took it away from protein but it didn't do anything for me. I've heard mixed reports about Yohimbe, I would try it but some of the potential side effects don't sound that great TBH. Best natural results I ever got were from giving my liver a rest for a month.

I have only used arginine and im waiting for the yohimbe to come in this week. Someone told me yohimbe does a great job like vitamin 'v' and they have used it, but said it takes a week to get in your system before you have hard ons like its cool all the time, but I'll have to check it out first.

I have read good and bad about yohimbe but one thing I have found is that it should not be used for long term at all. also the arginine I really do not notice a difference either since taking it for a few weeks now but I have only been taking 1g/day.

Most of the NO enhancement stuff is crap. L-arginine, Arginine AKG, etc etc. You'd be better off taking a low dose of viagra or cialis everyday for the vasodilation effects, in fact I have some friends that do just that.

NOx, NO-Xplode, N02, VPX Muscle Nitrous...the list goes on...it's all hype for the most part. Some of it makes you FEEL better or FEEL stronger but doesn't actually seem to put any mass on the frame.

Here's what I would suggest instead:

Kre-Alkalyn (The only truly stable creatine)

Two capsules a day (3g total) yields results that no amount of creating monohydrate can (10g+), especially since you skip the bloating and dehydration from the higher doses required (these side effects are caused by normal creatine to creatinine)

Beta-Alanine (Amino Acid)

5g/day. Increases muscle Carnosine. Something you really feel. Seriously aids muscle endurance.

I'd also skip the yohimbe unless you're using it for fat loss.

Thanks for the tips Grumpy. I use Pro Nos and have had very good results with it, the other stuff I have never tried before. But will def look into those other supplements. But do you know how these would interact if I were to take a viagara while using them?
