It is my understanding that Dell don't really have a presence in Thailand but they do apparently have a base of operations in Malaysia.

The website for Thailand appears to be:

http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/default.as...;l=en&s=gen

There is a toll-free number in the top right corner you could try. Another toll-free number I have come accross is: 1800-00-6045. Or try this email address: Pradupkul_Supot@Dell.com

Alternatively, you could investigate the cost of shipping to Thailand from DELL in another country.

Alternatively, if you know the specs for the parts you could go somewhere like Tuckom and buy equivalents.

Good Luck

Den.

I spoke to our Dell REP while in Singapore. You are correct, everything in SEA is handled out of Malaysia. They do have service available from both Singapore and Bangcock but you will need to "transfer" you to the SEA area. I do not have the contact information with me, but you can try this link for DELL Asia/Pacific
