I have used them, just make sure you dilute them with water before you drink it as you can get real painfull heart burn if you swallow it neat.

I found out recently that to get maximum effect from the Kamagra Gel is to take it and obviously get as much onto your gums as possible. Then do not drink anything for 15 minutes. |

buddy told me to empty it into a bottle of water and drink half then top yourself up as needed to find the amount that works for you.
