I have been trying to find a place for my upcoming trip this December for four weeks, having never been to Pattaya before I have been reading your Hotel reviews. I am aware of the write ups on the LK Metropole and the special but this one seems to be from the same chain and their Monthly cost seems to be only 23,000. I would imagine that joiners would be the same as Metropole. Has anyone got any info? thanks for your time.

They don't answer my emails!

I've sent them 2 emails in the last 2 weeks, also no answer.

Not too surprising though, I've sent emails to about 12 hotels/apartments and haven't got one reply yet.

Maybe business is so good they don't need to take bookings for March/April??

They're all a pack of useless cunts! I have been trying to book for the last month,the Jasmine the LK mansion and La Fontain and fucking nothing! Maybe its because I'm trying to book for two months? Fucked if I know but I'm going to have to send a mate round to physically book for me I think-I'm not trusting a phone booking and then turning up to a "who are you?"

Never heard about this place. I have been doing Pattaya for 20 years.

My best advice is to go to the Sabai lodge hotel.

Clean, good value, used to Mongers and nicely located.

Its easy to find on tinternet.

I had a trip to pattaya 4 months ago and i sent them few emails about my questions and booking before i arrived but
i never didnt receive email from them :( and then i went to another hotel
it looks a nice hotel and i would like go there next trip
but they dont respond , so if someone want go there make a review here and tell them why they dont support internet customers!!

I stopped by in May when I was looking for a long term rental. They told me they had 3 buildings, but all the rooms were full. In May? Maybe they don't answer emails if they're really that busy.

Hi mates,

i`ve been couple of times in both, Mansion and Metropole

The usual booking via internet only works with the Metropole not with the Mansion for me, tried to call the Reception and than was OK.

However i can recommend both of them, the Metropole is more expensive but worth it.

The LK Mansion have three buildings, one is faced to south (old, partly renovated), one is faced to the dirty duck Hotel (newer maybe 3-4 years old, the best off all three) and one in between the others faced to soi buakaow (new renovated but tiny rooms and more noisy)
I recommend the building which is faced to the dirty duck Hotel and than try to get a Room in the upper Levels (3-5)

Oh the good old LK Mansion...

Well...it is for me kind of a secret recommendation.

Shall i share my intel with You? ;)

LK is a very good place to be for me.
I always choose building "A".
You have to chose the rooms to the back, because they are quiet!

The price point is good: 500 Baht a day or 9000 Baht per month.

In the last variation: rooms are made every 2nd day.
[No prob if You sleep loooong and want this after 4 pm. ;o)

Attached LK restaurant You can order via telephone for acc. price.

TV, Aircon, Tel in room.
For this class of hotel rooms are clean.

"Building A" elevator has no ID-check. ;) [If You want one, go to reception]

At reception You have good safes, and much space to sit [its outside situation in the basement [no windows]]
You can eat, drink and sit there. There are many girls passing by and You can have a relaxed chat etc.

Everything is very relaxed and the stuff is nice & not to "checky".

Laundries, I-Cafés, 7/11 etc etc is within 20 m radius.

Thai market across the street [central pattaya road]: Eat there "hoi" for 30 Baht or tom seeju seafood for 40 Baht...
TOPs market 200 m away... 10-Baht-taxis [soi buakao, central road] are passing by.

SO what do You need more?

I like the rooms for the ceilings. [You can hide You money etc. there...]

I like the POOL on top of building B...
Nobody uses it after 6 pm... You can imagine maybe what i want to say.

You can use the fitness room & pool of LK royal suite just 100 m away...

LK mansion not "hyper stylish", but it just gives You all You need...
