I just wanted to give an update on the LK Pavillion...

Pros:

- Great, friendly staff
- Pretty quiet, away from the action for a good night's sleep
- Next to Bob's BBQ
- Decently priced at 28K a month which includes electricity/water
- Guest friendly...no problems whatsoever
- Great lounge and room service is pretty good
- Pay them a few baht and they'll go get ANYTHING for you!

Cons:

- Shower is not separate...gets entire bathroom wet
- Bed's a little hard as are the pillows...no box springs
- Pool's small and doesn't get much sun
- No UBC in the room
- On a monthly rate, only clean every other day...easily fixed though with a small tip to maids
- Far from the action can be a pain at times, too. Not on the baht bus loop...hard to catch one. Best advice is cross 3rd road and then South Pattaya and catch one heading towards WS
- Drivers hardly ever knew where the place was!
