Well this is a little bit of information ot be telling but here I go. I have a tear on the mouth of my penis. I know it is not an STI because it had stared before I went to LOS Dec of last year, but after my trips and the two girls I have here it has gotten a bit bigger.

Now, at first glance it seems as though everything is in order. Once I open the mouth then you see the slight tear. When looking inside on the side, there is a tear looking void on the top of the tube. No real discoloration, pain, or anything else for that matter. Never had blood or anything, just the tissue is definitely damaged. I have yet to go see a Dr about this, will do when I go for my routine post-Pattaya STI checkup. Has this ever happened to anyone? does the tissue in this area heal properly or am going to have this the rest of my life?

Well I love my doctor, a lovely Indian woman who I would do any day of the week. She examined it right before she gave me my first ever swab test. She said its a tear and that I have too much rough sex. She told me to 'give it a rest' with a smile on her face. So it just has to heal

Actually, similar thing happened to my penis back in college. You fuck too much, too hard and without condoms, the penis opening can tear. My tear healed after a week or two. Seriously, if you're not OK by now, go see a doctor.

Shit mate that's nasty tissue damaged at the mouth of your penis , when my mate down the pub had the same thing, the poor chap had his old chap chopped off.

U can fix it with superglue, no bullshit-ask a doctor!:) Its sterile and was used widely in WW2..Ive also seen some fighters use it to heal cuts above eyes, on the eybrow, etc..anyways good luck, I wouldnt wanna be in your shoes..lol

How can you possibly know this some STD's take years to show any symptoms others show initial symptoms then seem to disappear only to reemerge years later i.e. HIV, Syphilis , etc., or even cancer in the vast majority of cases early diagnosis gives the best possible outcome or even cure.

From your description it sounds as if you have a painless ulcer get yourself to a competent doctor as soon as you possibly can. The jokes others have made about amputation may not be too far from the truth if it does turn out to be cancer and you left it too long before getting proper medical advice and treatment.

doctors spring to mind buddy, best go get yourself checked just to be sure.

Go to a Urologist... He'll take a red-hot poker and cauterize the urethra, then glue it together and put a couple stitches for good measure... Don't worry if it gets plugged up, he'll just carve it open with a scalpel...

No shit though, you should get it looked at... Just pick a hot, female Urologist...

Yes, just grab a tube of super glue and let rip up the hole, should fix everything.......take a pic and let us know how it goes

thanks for the tips guys, and matrix yes syphillis is what came to my mind originally even though it started a while ago. Also I know it probably is not a STI because I have had probabaly about 8 STI tests this year (do about two every post-Pattaya trip)

I will try out the superglue first. forgot to mention I showed it to a girl here a few months ago and she was like shit there is a small tear. anyways I did call the doctor because I need a check up anyways lol
