      The forum is now up again and running after the upgrade - there is still the task of searching for updated versions of apps and plugins from the old version and then download, upgrade and configure    Please note any issues outside of this to this thread here where the Site Admins can then work out what needs to be reinstated when possible.         Thank you for your patience and hopefully we can provide updates on progress

  6. The price is somewhat in line with other commercial buildings on sale. The asking price of the OP's hotel is around 1,5 million per room. Have a look at other websites at similar buildings to make a comparison. Have fun....

  10. There might be more interest in the up-country area. Better advertising this in, let's say a Buriram expat forum. Sure there is the demand. Good luck with sales....
