    I stayed there last year and thought it was very good value. The taxi will go down soi 7/1 but its tight and can get blocked (it's only a short walk if you get off at sukumvit). Great location as train is right there and in the middle of lots of places walking distance away (e.g. Nana, Gullivers, Beer Garden)

It doesn't say that as it says: monthly salary of at least 100,000 baht or have more than 3 million baht in their bank account, which cannot be withdrawn within the first year after receiving the visa. So only first year can't be withdrawn? Either way, still have to do 90 day report and 100K baht a month means you'll likely die of alcohol/fun poisoning before 10 year visa expires anyway
