So...I booked the P e n t House room at Pattaya holiday lodge three weeks ago...and got an email today that the room isn't available...it was at a non-refundable rate..but i sure as hell hope they will refund it since they seem to have double booked.
Here is the help i need...I would like to find a place with decent space, as relaxation is part of my goal, and hopefully a small balcony...
Any suggestions? i would like to spend less than 1000 bht per night.

Residence Garden just up Thap Praya road towards Jomtien. 1450 baht for large 1-bedroom apartment, large balcony, with sea views if you are on 6th floor. 2 great pools.
