Maybe he is making a documentary about crap places to live in Thailand? Haha.

The best think that he can do is to go and buy a sleeping bag. I think is more expensive than 3k but he will buy his future home!3k per month, he should go home and come back when he can afforded at least 3k a week! A shit hole is all you'll get for that

Thanks guys! We found for both 3000 and 4000! Very nice once!
Thanks again!
Where was that? I have a condo in Ban Saray and I wouldn't do any less than 6000 baht.

Its a street just off the roundabout as you go in to the village.
Yellow sign pointing in.
Fairly newly built ground apartments. Looked really nice inside too I must say.
2000baht deposit on top of that.
Aircon, fridge, 6foot bed, fan in the roof, hot water, 7baht/unit electric, and free wifi!
Not a bad deal imo.
They even went down to 3700baht on the rooms for 4000 originally.
Post the adress later!
