My friend is looking for an ok studio to stay in.
Aircon is preffered.
Looking for rent around 3 000baht/month.

Anyone know where to look or know any places suitable?

Cheers!

Any reason he wants to live in Bang Saray? Its a hell of a long way from pattaya so he is going to have to rent a bike to get here.

Why he wanna pay that is his deal isn't it? :)
Maybe he is making a documentary about crap places to live in Thailand? Haha.

Stil looking for something though.
Any recommendations are helpful, even if it is 6 000baht/month.

Thanks!

The best think that he can do is to go and buy a sleeping bag. I think is more expensive than 3k but he will buy his future home! :P

he can get an aircon studio in nirun in central pattaya for 4k a month. and gov rate electric and water

im sure you could find a lot of smaller rooms for around 3k. thousands without aircon but with will exist but be a bit crap i would think.

Where was that? I have a condo in Ban Saray and I wouldn't do any less than 6000 baht.

I can post the street name next time I go.
Its a street just off the roundabout as you go in to the village.
Yellow sign pointing in.

Fairly newly built ground apartments. Looked really nice inside too I must say.
2000baht deposit on top of that.
Aircon, fridge, 6foot bed, fan in the roof, hot water, 7baht/unit electric, and free wifi!
Not a bad deal imo.
They even went down to 3700baht on the rooms for 4000 originally.
Post the adress later!

BS has seen a lot of new spec built shophouses with appts on top, many of them empty. In teh long run, they may pay for themselves, but on teh short run, they'll be empty.
