Am thinking of trying this as I'm hoping it will open more doors for me if I move to Thailand in the future.
PS I currently work as Foreman in a joinery company, and liase with the drawing office/project manager daily where they use AutoCad.

I know my Punters were impressed with what I good show them ref Wendy Houses and Wooden outbuildings, really gave them a sense of reality far better than Drawings.
I sort of learnt as I went along through trial and error, but I guess you want a Course that maybe could count for something, and put points on your CV.
I also assume you can already load and operate AutoCad so ref your request sorry I cannot assist but maybe Mr Google can steer you down the correct path.
Cheers

yes, I'm looking for a recognized qualification, which will enable me to gain experience in England for a few years, before heading to Thailand.
There are quite a few courses on google, but was hoping someone could recommend a proven one they had used, rather than having to take pot luck.

If you can then yes its a good idea. But if you can't then I suggest that you look for another area of expertise that you can excel at that Thais will have difficulty at competing against.
From my experience using Thai AutoCAD people I could have a drawing drawn up in a day for 1/20 of the cost in the Western World. So not really a competitive market for a non-Thai/non-Asian

I want to get a few years experience in England first, and get out of my current job.
I did see them in MBK in Bangkok a few weeks ago, which got me thinking, will be back in november, so will look again then.
