We have decided to add a sub forum for roll calls only. Only the moderators/admins will be able to create the topics in that section, please bump the threads with your arrival date. This section is a trial only, if it is used in the way intended, we will continue keeping the forum open.

Threads will be started up to a year in advance, and old threads will be locked.

I will go through the existing roll calls and add them to the threads.

Please state date of stay, where your staying and if possible a Thai phone number and if you want to share a taxi with another BM on your dates.

Arrival date, Departure date, where you stay and thai number, this will make it easier to sort. If you are there for ex. both September and October, please add your dates to both months so it will be easier for me to keep it updated.

Are you arranging a crawl? Please post it in either the roll call or PM me and I will add it to the original post for the month.

I will add all this info in the OP a few times a day, and I will add it in the European date format with day, month and year so don't no one gets confused.

Great idea and have already added my dates where appropriate.
I think the best thing about it is the common format.
I don't envy the person who has to update them all the time but it's still an awesome idea.
Trips are just not the same without wingmen and this sub section helps to make this happen.

Yeah, it's the common format as well as it's own section that Dondyhr suggested. IF you guys have any suggestions on more info we should add in the format please add, but I do think it basically covers the essentials.

It's a job to keep them updated, and I try to do it a couple of times a day, I have a spreadsheet for every month on my computer, and a backup stored so I don't loose it. Then I add the names and dates to the spreadsheet, sort by name to make sure I have no duplicates then sort by arrival dates so it's sorted after arrival dates.

I really hope this will be used, and so far it's looking good.
For the already existing Roll Calls which are updated, I will move them for now and merge the new topics I made into them and update the original BM's roll call with the spreadsheet as they did a lot of work making their calls and there is a lot of small talk in between.

But on general, only mods and admins can make threads in this section to make it clean.

I think it has all the relevant data.
No need to add any more and complicate things further for you.
I love the idea of sorting in arrival times...with the addition of the phone numbers it can make contacting mates a whole lot easier knowing then they will be in town.

Ah mystery solved as I was scratching my head wondering what happened to JT & Blue's roll call thread. Great idea! Hope it's not too much work for the mods.

the taxi share idea is a good one, maybe another box is needed for flight numbers/departure airport perhaps or just let members pm other members i guess once someone has seen the relevant info, good work
