Am thinking about relocating to the Philippines.  I run a successful internet business so I can work anywhere in the world.

Am quite impressed by the fact that the Philippines does not tax worldwide income!  I'm Canadian and already a non-resident, so this could mean 0 tax for me.

Big concern is that i have two kids: 5 and 8.

I was looking at the tuition for the international schools in Manila and they're like $20,000 USD per kid.

So that would be like $40,000 a year just for grade school.  I guess if you were a diplomat and the gov't is paying for it, it doesn't matter, but that $40K would be coming out of my own pocket.

Anyone know of any more reasonably priced schools in Manila that also serve expat kids?
