I am coming to LOS on 3rd Aug 08,will stay till the 11th Aug.Then flying to Phils till 31st Aug.Back to LOS on 31st Aug, will stay for 3-4 weeks then flying to Oz.There for 6 weeks or so,then back to LOS. I am thinking of a Cambo run in Sept too. Is this all within my quota or do I need some special visa? Any help or info will be great!! Cheers
Ps: Is there a limit to how many times you can cum n go into LOS?

As long as you are not there more than 90 days in any 180 day period you are OK and don't need a visa. It is the number of days that count not the number of times you enter the country. Also remember that you can only stay for 30 days at a time before you have to do a boarder run.
