My TG left yesterday after being issued a 6month UK visa ,she came here for 5weeks then went to NYC [her 2nd visit there] then returned here for a week this week.

How long do we have to wait before we can apply for another 6months.

Also worth noting that american customs go easy on her and have issued her another 6months giving her a total of nine ,in contrast when she re-entered the UK 10days with only 10days to go on her UK visa admittedly she was given 2 hours of interagation by a hitler youth heathrow customs officers.

Also one who parents were definatley immigrants herenot so long ago and I'm not racist btw.

If we are talking about UK Visa then please advise us what visa she has ?

Example UK tourist visa valid from 01 Jan 2009 expires June 31 =  6 months

She cannot have another one until Jan 2010 because they must spend a further 6 months in their host country otherwise they could be classes as a UK resident.

The ECO  will refuse her on these grounds however she can apply for a fiancee visa straight away .

If you require professional help feel free to contact me via my website.

Regards Paul

She had a 6month tourist visa and it expired as she left yesterday so I assume she could return 6months from now?

Thats not too bad I guess.
