hi guys,

i have not bin in bkk for a long time.
i will have to go there frequently for work in the next 6 to 8 months.
will need at first 2 rooms later on maybe up to 6 rooms.

any of you guys staying up there know any good guesthouses or cheap hotels to stay in,

with cheap i mean max 5 to 600b a night or monthly prices between 13 and 15000.

Plenty of those type of places around Khoasan Road, but may struggle to find decent places around the Suk area.
Try searching here and add you parameters down the left;
Hotel search.

I have no doubt that you haven't been to BKK in awhile. Those are 1990's prices in that 'hood'. Look for apts. on Craigslist or Thai Visa. You'll be in the outer neighborhoods, but who cares as long as you're near a MRT or BTS station. wj

Why soi 22 ? Has soi 22 on sukhumvit the cheaper hotels concentrated ?
