My thoughts.
Nice if not a bit crammed in opposite the pattaya memorial hosital.
has a garage, nice condo style rooms with balcony nothing memoriable about the bathroom (tiled)
nice and clean i moved ehre after spending onenight in anna jet ( nightmare)
was much nicer and didnt reek of jim. and very close to soi 7 tops intersection.
what i paid: 1k baht + 1k deposit they did offer 15k rates for monthly but in summer i would expect to be able to get a discount if not their loss
