Have had my Thai tourist visa sorted out for a while now for this months trip , 60 days then a visa run then another 60 . The problemi have is this , i wanted to go see Cambodia (Ankor Wat ) AND Myanmar (bagan) but i can only leave the country and re enter once .Normally no problem but i cannot find a single airline on webjet that flies direct from Phnom Penh or Siem Reap to Yangoon they all go via Bnagkok . Thus the problem , if i am just transiting through the airport to change flights in bangkok will that use my second thai entry on my touirst visa ? can i go back to the consulate here and upgrade to a third entry ?

Also anyone have any knowledge of any direct passage from Siem Reap to Yangoon at all ?

Thanks for any help at all , i leave for thailand in 24 days and will do the visa trip early september .

What he said Δ

You don't get an entry stamp unless you pass through immigration, just stay in transit while you wait for your connecting flight ... just ensure it is leaving from the same airport

Just make sure you don't use a point to point carrier like Air Asia. You want to be able to get checked on to your final destination. If you are checked in like this you do not need to go through immigration.
