It is widely said that Tharit will soon be removed from his post given his close ties with the outgoing Abhisit-led administration.

"I would like to reiterate here that under my leadership, the DSI has worked in line with the law, not politicians' orders," he said. "I am not serving any particular person or any political camp.

I am just serving the country".

He added that all 19 red-shirt leaders including Jatuporn Prom-phan would be summoned this Thursday to face charges related to their alleged attempt to overthrow the monarchy.

The red shirts stepped into hot water for their speeches on a red-shirt stage on April 10.

Tharit also vowed to look into a perjury complaint against Yingluck, if he is allowed to stay on.

Yingluck is accused of giving false information to a court when she testified in defence of Thaksin in a share-concealment case.

this is the case so many time now the yellow shirts are at it again wont get out.
the king is the most loved man in Thailand by red and yellow alike. In 30 years of living in and out of Thailand I have never met a Thai who has anything bad to say about the king they all love him so much. so now the yellows are making the same accusations about the red shirts like they don't love the king utter nonsense. the poor love him more than the rich as it was his ansesters who gave the poor slaves freedom. band slavery and set up the country as Thailand, which means freedom. red shirts, love the king more, every house has his picture and his family on the wall and god help you if you say anything against him or his family. now red win again and the yellow shirts say the reds want to  overthrow the monarchy. nasty miserable bastards lies all lies. long live the king
