Hmmm seems a Good Location been watching it go up last couple of Years and saw them doing finish touched a few Wks ago.
Always worrys me a Soft opening but at that price and what most here are looking for in Room Location seems nice
The main point to raise is Guest Friendly Yes or No ?
That would be the main issue me thinks 5555

Looks small and simple like a short-time room, can't see any windows as well, but the price and location is right!
