How long is a Thai Police Clearance valid in relation to a U.S. Immigration visa partition?
I have seen many different answers from 3 months to 1 year and also indefinite if you are no longer living in Thailand. This is for my Thai wife and we currently live in Belgium and plan to move to the U.S. Is it valid indefinitely if she does not return to Thailand to live for 6 months or more?
