Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing on your “City & Temples Tour.” This tour includes three of the most unusual Buddhist temples in Bangkok. Visit Wat Trimitr with its invaluable Golden Buddha (5 tons of solid gold!); Wat Pho, the most extensive temple in Bangkok with its colossal Reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings; and the Grand Palace which is one of the most beautiful samples of an ancient Siamese court. It used to be the residence of the Kings of Thailand. Here you will see palaces which were used for different occasions—the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple. By now you are ready for a typical Thai lunch prepared for you at the Supartra Restaurant. After lunch you will be transferred from Bangkok to Pattaya. Vietnam North East Cycling Holiday 15Days

From Vietnam’s buzzing capital, Hanoi, we journey to the remote undiscovered Ha Giang region. Cycling hilly hairpin bends amongst slopes, ridges, valleys, and limestone karsts the outstanding natural beauty will take your breath away.Terraced paddy fields and surreal limestone peaks are home to a vibrant, traditional tribal culture. Crops and dwellings seem to cling to the rocky terrain. We encounter Red Dao, Tay, White Hmong, Tay and Lo Lo communities who, until recently, have lived in complete isolation from the outside world. We witness an unchanged way of life, visiting the local markets, and seeing wildlife including water buffalo, pigs and horses.

Our tour ends with a visit to spectacular Halong Bay, the World’s largest marine limestone ‘karst’ landscape. We stay on a wooden junk, modelled on traditional Vietnamese sailing boats..

We use train and boats and of course we have a fully equipped, air-conditioned support bus with us at all times so tired riders can rest in comfort whenever they wish.The tour is led by an experienced Vietnamese cycle guide. Plus we supply detailed route notes and maps so that you will enjoy maximum freedom while riding. There are no technical sections and the tour is suitable for riders of every level of experience.
