Not being rude but you might want to rethink your pricing?    At that range you have tons of places to look at and many are in better shape.

Center Condo is behind the temple on South Pattaya Rd. Close to TukCom (but other side of Road)

Interested for end of July. What are the arrangements for paying water and electric? Does the aircon work?

the pic of the view has to be an old one. i've not seen the chinese floating restaurant with the blue and yellow stripe for a long time, maybe even a couple of years.

come to think of it the old mike shopping mall  on the right of the pic was changed a couple of years ago

Here is the new look Mike Hotel I stayed there on and off for 9 years.

A fairly new Temple building in the foreground.

Another view from Center Condo.

Also you could have mentioned the nice swimming pool; new gym: plenty parking for cars and motorcycles: 24 hour security: and bars, restaurants and laundries within the complex..

you pick up the bill from your rooms mail box and pay gov rates, both airconds work fine and will be serviced.

The price is about average for this building and will be cleaned up before i rent it,also the rent amount can be discussed when someone is really interested

Condo looks decent & location is very good.

Has the a/c ever been cleaned? It looks pretty ancient.

I’m sure you’ll get it rented pretty quickly.

some units in that condo have been built out to include the balcony in the room. it appears from the photos this is the case here. it means you get more usable space as balconies in general tend to be underused as they are often pretty small and because of the heat
